Features of X18Plex STR Detection Kit 

1. A five-color fluorescent detection platform capable of simultaneously amplifying 17 X-chromosomal STR loci and 1 gender locus. 

2. It offers high resolution, sensitivity, and resistance to inhibitors.

4. Rapid amplification with an amplification time of less than 90 minutes. 

5. Demonstrates a lower mutation rate (intergenerational mutation rate of 2.3×10-9) and exhibits stability with minimal occurrence of subsequent mutations.
