1. A five-color fluorescent detection platform capable of simultaneously amplifying 17 X-chromosomal STR loci and 1 gender locus.

2. It offers high resolution, sensitivity, and resistance to inhibitors.

3. Compatible with the majority of mainstream X-STR kits used domestically and internationally.

4. Rapid amplification with an amplification time of less than 90 minutes.

5. Demonstrates a lower mutation rate (intergenerational mutation rate of 2.3×10-9) and exhibits stability with minimal occurrence of subsequent mutations.

6. Excellent compatibility with various types of samples, allowing for direct amplification of diverse sample types as well as amplification of purified DNA.

7. Suitable for complex kinship cases, disputed father-daughter relationships, half-siblings with the same father, grandparent-grandchild relationships, and other cases involving special parental relationships. It serves as an effective complement to autosomal and Y-chromosomal STR kits.
